Is parking available at Tallinn City Apartments?
Yes! Free parking is available for direct bookings (subject to availability). Parking in Tallinn Old Town is extremely limited and expensive, so this is a significant perk. To guarantee free parking, book directly on our website rather than through Booking.com or Airbnb.
Do the apartments have a sauna?
Many of our apartments feature private saunas โ a quintessential Estonian experience. Sauna availability varies by apartment. You can filter by sauna when browsing our apartments. Studios and one-bedroom apartments typically do not have saunas, while larger family and group apartments often do.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. We offer 24/7 self check-in via smart locks, so you can arrive at any hour โ even in the middle of the night. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted in our apartments. This policy applies to all apartment types and all booking channels.
Can I book multiple apartments for a group?
Absolutely. We regularly accommodate large groups across multiple apartments or in our larger 4โ5 bedroom apartments that sleep up to 15 guests. For group bookings, we recommend contacting us directly at [email protected] to discuss availability, pricing, and to ensure your group is accommodated in nearby apartments.
Do you offer long-stay or monthly rates?
Yes. We offer discounted rates for stays of 7 nights or more, with the best rates available for stays of 30+ nights. Long-stay guests also receive weekly cleaning service. Contact us at [email protected] for a personalised long-stay quote.
Can you provide a visa support letter?
Yes, we can provide a booking confirmation letter for visa application purposes. Please contact us at [email protected] with your booking details and we will prepare the necessary documentation.
How do I get from Tallinn Airport to the apartments?
Tallinn Airport is approximately 15 minutes from our apartments by taxi or Bolt (the local ride-sharing app). A taxi costs approximately โฌ10โ15. Public transport (tram line 4 or bus 2) takes about 30 minutes and costs โฌ2. We recommend Bolt for the most convenient and affordable option.
Is there a reception desk?
Yes. Our reception is staffed daily from 9:00 to 19:00. Outside of these hours, 24/7 self check-in is available via smart locks. Our team can help with local recommendations, luggage storage, and any questions during reception hours.
Is luggage storage available?
Yes, secure luggage storage is available at our reception. This is useful if you arrive before check-in time or need to store bags after check-out while you continue exploring the city.

What is included in the apartments?
All apartments include: free WiFi, fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, kettle), washing machine, premium bedding and towels, Smart TV, and basic toiletries. Larger apartments also include dishwashers, and many include private saunas.
Is there a lift in the building?
Lift access is available in select apartments. As our apartments are located in historic Old Town buildings, not all properties have lifts. If lift access is important to you, please filter by this feature when browsing or contact us to confirm before booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by apartment and booking type. Standard bookings made through our website or third-party platforms follow the policy shown at the time of booking. Direct bookings and corporate bookings may have more flexible terms โ contact us to discuss.
Are the apartments child-friendly?
Yes. Our family apartments (2โ5 bedrooms) are well-suited for families with children. The fully equipped kitchens make it easy to prepare meals for children, and the extra space means everyone is comfortable. Please contact us if you need a cot or high chair.
Where exactly are the apartments located?
Our main reception is at Vana-Posti 7, Tallinn Old Town (10146). Our 80 apartments are spread across several buildings within Tallinn's UNESCO World Heritage Old Town. All apartments are within the medieval town walls, within easy walking distance of Town Hall Square, Toompea Castle, and the main Old Town attractions.
Do you offer airport transfers?
We do not currently offer airport transfer services directly. We recommend using Bolt (available as an app) for affordable and reliable transfers. A Bolt from the airport to Old Town typically costs โฌ8โ12 and takes about 15 minutes.
Can I have guests visit my apartment?
Guests are welcome to visit during the day. Overnight guests beyond the booked number of occupants are not permitted without prior arrangement and may incur additional charges.
Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside an apartment.
